GENERAL RULES

Arrive promptly for class.

Pay dues on time.**

Maintain personal cleanliness.

No horseplay.

Keep the school clean. DO NOT DESTROY school property.

Be cautious while practicing. Do not overwork yourself while exercising, and do not experiment with new techniques without supervision.

In class you will address Mitch Maynard as 'Shihan', as well as all subordinate instructors will be referred to as 'Sifu' <name>.

Be attentive to the instruction of Shihan Maynard or any of his Sifu's.

The INSTRUCTOR is here to teach you and to answer your questions. However, do not cause distractions for the instructor's lesson. If you have any problems with a technique, ask any available instructor after the demonstration.

All students will read and obey by these rules. Intentional negligence of the above rules will result in disciplinary action up to, and including, termination of class instruction.

**Due on the first of the month. Late Fee of $5 per day applies to non-payment after the fifth day of the month. If payment arrangements have not been made by the 15th of that month, Shihan Maynard will terminate instruction for that student.
